    Store Policies

    Please note, we have a “no return, no refund” policy. In the unfortunate event your merchandise arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging prior to opening, wearing, using, and removing tags and send photos of the damaged packaging as well as the items to wildassoutdoors@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt.

    If you have an issue with package delivery please contact the delivery service provider with your tracking information, as they will best be able to assist you. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which is provided to you when the shipping label is created. Please note, sometimes it takes 24 hours for your tracking number to update after your item has been received by the carrier. If your item does not arrive within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, you can file a lost package claim with the carrier. If the item is not recovered, you will receive a new one. If a new item is not available, you will be reimbursed or offered store credit in the same amount as your original purchase price.
